Warming up the crowd
Lichtenstein’s 1975 Knock, Knock Poster is the perfect invitation - or you could say warm-up - to South London Gallery’s upcoming exhibition on humour in contemporary art. Exploring what makes us laugh in art and why, the exhibition features 36 artists delving into parody, caricature, one-liners and visual puns, all in the name of comedy.
Who’s there?
